My Work; My Passion

One of the most rewarding consequences of having studied the English Language, is being a customer service executive at my present work-place. I am charged with the responsibility of relating with customers, attending to their needs and handling their queries and complaints. The experience has been overwhelming! The satisfaction that I gain when I attend to the needs of customers is unlike any other feeling I have ever had in my life. I have found that my work also helps me to relate and deal with diverse kinds of people. If it were not for my determination to make something out of the situation, I would not have had this rare privilege.
